I was clear about what I wanted so there wasn't much the sales assistant could add to the experience. I found the credit check a bit tedious and intrusive.

The shop is a little bit boring, but there was a wide range of mattresses to try and the salesman gave us plenty of space to look around without giving us the hard sell. He showed us all of the options and was able to answer all of our questions. The price, even with the discount was a lot of money and on top of that there is a charge for delivery which is quite high.

The bit that makes me not highly satisfied is the state of the store that is not really well decorated and arranged. It is nothing major but it would make the customer experience even more pleasant

I first saw the product I bought on line. Inicialy I thought good price, good sale. But going to the shop I realise it was a bit expensive for the quality I could purchase. Looking at the site I thought I would spend around 500 pounds and I end up spending over 700 pounds. I think that was a rip off charging for assembling and delivery. Thank you.

Id be highly satisfied if Celtic won the champions league , so feeling highly satisfied visiting my local dreams isn't quite up there with feeling highly satisfied .

It was a shopping expedition not all my needs were met but as I said it was satisfactory.
