I was highly satisfied with the service myself and my wife received from nesti the dreams staff in the tottenham court road store.he was very professional and made us feel very welcome you could say it was a dream to be served by him:-) as for the actual bed we haven't got this as yet as our delivery is not until the 30th july.so until we have slept on this I can't give you anymore feedback as of yet.

I don't like your policy of sticking to one sales person. Because I had just "talked" to on sales person who was latter involved helping another customer. The other sales person where like not aloud to help me.. So I had to wait for the other customer to finish placing their order before I could submit mine. Even though there where other sales people available

The systems were extremely slow for booking my order. For applying discount, the sales men had to manually choose line items. Secondly I ordered a pillow and some linen and there were no carry bags in stock. Also I requested if the items could be delivered along with my bed and the store guys said dreams doesn't do that. So I had to carry stuff all the way to my next shop.

We found the product we wanted by ourselves. We weren't greeted by a shop assistant or explained the differences between the mattresses. Once we had made a decision and approached the sales assistant, he was friendly and helpful.
