We had an amazing service by Dinesh: he was super professional, knowledgeable, confident, careful, calm, and had an incredible "can do" attitude. The mattress we bought was not available in store, but he was able to describe it in such a good level of detail, showing us different mattresses that could give us an idea of how the 'Hyde & Sleep SK Memory Mattress Lemon' was built, how it looks and feels. Without his great service, I don't believe we would have made our minds and purchased our mattress on the spot. 10 out 10 - He was a star and made the whole difference! Thank you, Dinesh.

Along with all members of staff at the Tottenham Court Road branch (I had made a few visits, as I wanted to be certain in my purchase and I had interacted with all of them). The staff were beyond friendly, humorous and knowledgeable, I couldn’t fault my experience in anyway. I was offered water and made feel Covid safe with sanitising of the beds and paper covering the pillows. It was my first time buying a mattress or a bed and my finance plan got cancelled (embarrassingly). Rajina made feel me feel totally at ease and still of value as a customer. I was blown away by her product knowledge, professionalism and down to earth personality that I actually decided to come back again and make the purchase without the finance plan. I also bought more products besides the bed and mattress. Thank you to everyone for helping me and making the experience fun!
