I got a mattress cover and the store did not a have a bag to put it in. In the end they put it in a tesco carrier bag. I did consider canceling my order at that point.

The service was excellent prices are high

i have asked to have the Blenheim mattress in 160cm x 200cm and i was told it was not possible, so i had to choose between buying the Blenheim in King size or buying a different mattress which was available in 160cm x 200cm but this other mattress was not as firm as the Blenheim , so i had to change a different bed frame

Not as many mattress options available as I was hoping. I'd previously looked at a mattress in another store (the Rapley mattress) but was unable to find it in the current store.

There was an issue with getting the finance sorted and waited nearly an hour for it to be completed. Jeff, the person looking after us, was great though and kept us highly informed the whole way through. The problem was with an issue of address as our current address couldn't be found properly, which has been a problem in the past. Jeff was constantly ringing, emailing etc to get is sorted as quickly as possible for us, and the whole team were very friendly and helpful

Very happy with service. surprised there were not more beds with space underneath, and feel the prices are quite high still.

I was very satisfied with the assistance i was given but i felt the matress protector, delivery and assembly charge added on a considerable amount to my order. I'm very happy with the quality of the products though.

The salesman Thomas was kind and approachable and really listens and understands my needs .He then advised and showed me on the various items available . He also explained to me that if the item is not suitable , it can be exchanged within the time available , This was a concern since i am buying it for my daughter and i am happy that if she does not feel comfortable on it she can exchange it for a more superior quality. i am awaiting for the delivery on 4th March. thank you regards Mrs Fernandes
