I was pretty satisfied with the service and products we bought. So, there was not a particular thing i was not highly satisfied. The lady, who assissted us, was very friendly and helpful.

We were allowed to wander around without constant harassment (unlike other stores). When we needed help it was easy to find experienced staff to ask. Staff were very friendly and it made a difficult and expensive decision much less stressful. Well done.

The prices for certain products seemed high I cannot judge the quality until the product has been delivered. You should have sent this questionnaire to me after the bed had arrived, not after I had placed the order. The placing of the order seemed to take a long time, and the paperwork I had to sign seemed overly bureaucratic. I did not like the way the staff (who were very good were anxious that I should tick the right boxes. Service was very good, "Exceptional" would mean that 80% of the staff were not. I am not prepared to tick such a box

All in all, I expected a bigger range to be available and things felt a bit rushed. I also got the impression that delivery could've been arranged quicker but the assistant deliberately withheld this fact.

Would have liked more options on mattresses that were not provided ... Besides that - everything was well handled.

The item was wrongly labeled and so cost around £300 than we had thought. The staff switched things over and were very helpful.

We have visited a number of dreams stores in the search for a bed. It may have been due to the time of day (i.e. short staffed and lots of people coming in) but we have to wait over half an hour to place our order once we have made a decision.

I was expecting slightly more friendly approach from the sales representative. There was also no electricity in the shop while I was there (the identified "problem"), but the staff handled the order quickly on paper.
