Everything at the store was great. However when the delivery came the 2 first guys were very rude and would not take the mattress up the stairs, claiming it would not fit. The delivery was cancelled and on the second attempt, the delivery guys were great, intelligent and highly motivated to get the mattress up, eventually rolling it and putting it in the lift without the need for any stairs. Thanks Ken, D, Matt and Stuart!

Although the the survive was very good, I wouldn't say it was exceptional which to me is the equivalent to highly satisfied. I bought 2 bed frames and 2 mattresses, the total cost came up to £2.5k (incl. delivery, protection cover etc.) it would have been nice to have received a complimentary gift of some sort.

Because the way beds were displayed were not property done, the space between beds was very small, but the rest was really good

I would have hoped that more products were included in the SALE

Very helpful and knowledgable staff making the purchase process quick and efficient.

The store was understaffed for the amount of customers. It wasn't the fault of the employees there and they were as helpful as could have been expected with that many customers. It took almost 2 hours for the whole process, with part of that browsing and testing the beds.

Store could have been slightly smarter Delivery times could be improved (difficult seemingly because of third parties involved) Some inconsistent information given in store compared to online

It just felt that we were being sold more than our needs. I prefer discreet salesmanship.
