The sales assistant was over-friendly and joked in a very sexist manner which made me very uncomfortable and was inappropriate.

In addition to a bed, we ordered a mattress protector and pillows to be delivered at the same time. However delivery was attempted 3 weeks before the bed which was before we had moved to the property in question - our move date was made plain at the time of purchase.

I had to wait quite a long time for any assistance and even when someone was available the didn’t have much time to help me. I bought a mattress but am unsure now if I made the right decision as it was so rushed.

My English not good l couldn’t explaining

It's not the first time I've bought from dreams in fact the last time around 10 years ago I bought a £400 bed & ×2 £300 mattresses 1 for my son and 1 for my self. What I noticed while the salesman & I were sitting down to do my order after I had just gotten off of that tester contraption you, the that you advertise, the one that (apparently) checks what type of mattress most suited me well while I was just about to make my decision on which mattress to choose I noticed that another salesman was assisting another customer after she had come off of the (contraption) he showed her the exact same two mattresses that I had been shown. Maybe it's coincidence but they were both your most expensive ones which I instantly thought, "that's a gimmick" so for that reason I decided to buy the frame only...

NUMBER OF STAFF MEMBERS IN STORE BUT NO ONE OFFERED TO ASSIST ME AFTER SPEAKING TO FIRST STAFF MEMBER WHO THEN TOOK AN ORDER FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER BEFORE MY OWN
