I was not 100% satisfied because after spending quite a lot of money i was expecting maybe some pillows or anything to be added for free. I have a store in Spain for beds and mattresses and also for electrical appliances and we always try to keep our customers happy just trying to give those little details that does not cost as much.

Staff helped but didnt give full attention to me kept going to other customers and didnt show me a variaty of product. i was looking for ottoman beds but there were only 4 to choose from which wasnt very hepful in making me decision.

On my first visit the mattress disposal service was mentioned. When on my second visit to add this on to the order I was informed that the old bed would need to be dismantled by me prior to collection. This changed everything since it was in no way clear to me how I could to this, the frame and mattress being a combined unit. On my first visit I think the person I dealt with must have been new to the job. He was short of product knowledge and seemed unable to take on board the hip problem that I have that necessitated the purchase of a new mattress. This said, he did his best, and was friendly and helpful, in so far as he was able to be helpful given his scanty product knowledge.

We placed an order in store (Tottenham Court Road, London) on 20 September. We chose the finance option and the lady assisting us, Maria Roxani, took our details for this. She informed us that the finance was not going through because they required proof of address (which we provided by way of a driving licence). However, this was rejected and we were asked to bring a bank statement/utility. I came to the store the following day with a copy of a Virgin broadband bill from earlier in September, but this was rejected as this was a print out and not a copy sent by post. I returned on the 26th with a bank statement and this was rejected once again! This time the store assistant, Vishal, found out that the billing and delivery addresses had been reversed, which is why the finance was not going through. He then made a completely new application, which was approved immediately! Painful to have to visit the store thrice because of the lack of attention to detail by the first store assistant. I must say they were very helpful and friendly, despite the error!

I didn't know that I paid for insurance for the base until I got home I did know that I bought insurance for the mattress

The assistant that we had was quite abrupt. He only showed us one product that he would recommend for our particular needs and didn't really engage in any conversation beyond taking the details for the order. In addition, I do not think that it is right that there is a delivery charge; the store is on Tottenham Court Road so there is no parking and anyway, a mattress would not fit in most cars so there is little choice about how to receive the product.
