I received an email saying my outstanding balance was £163 , which was incorrect. After ringing the store i had to call head office and the woman was rude and arrogant, then the Manager, Erroll John was very unhelpful, and even said he didn't believe I'd received the email so i had to go back to the store to show them proof I'd got this email. I will never buy from Dreams again , after this farce.

The staff was sort of un-accommodating. Like a one word answer to my questions. Like he really isn't 100% happy to assist us.

We have been helped by your colleague Vishal, which spent most of the time with us talking about his passion for football, my girlfriend's accent and other topic while me and my other half where trying the mattresses, little time was spent on the description of the products and mostly upon our request. During our order Vishal left the desk 3 times, one time was to finish the order of another customer waiting leaving US unattended right in the middle of placing an order. During the process he has been very patronising, giving his opinion (which we didn't ask) regarding our preferred paying method and treating us like children when asking question about received and written informations, he even took the phone off my hands while I was waiting for the confirmation email from Dreams. This has been really the worse customer service I ever received, when I spend a grand on a mattress I aspect at least to be treated with respect, and not as a buddy in a cheap pub. We left the shop really disappointed instead of happy for our purchase. I'll avoid coming near that branch again and probably will look other brands before Dreams for future purchases

Arrived at store and was not approached for assistance,whilst looking for help. I saw other customers being helped by staff and they recieved guidance and 1-2-1 assistance. After wandering around store for awhile I was eventually approached,i asked for mattress I had seen on line,directed to it and told that another one similar but better quality was available upstairs. After been shown mattress I was left,i sat and witnessed others still receiving service I to would have liked for my first experience shopping in your store. Eventually assistant came back and i said I wanted to purchase mattress,transaction was very rushed I felt. Very disappointed as Dreams was recommended.

it was not made clear to me at point of purchase that there was no change of mind policy. i found out less than 24hrs after purchasing (and a good month before delivery) that i would be receiving a new mattress topper for my current setup, but there was absolutely no refund available. hugely disappointing given that there had been zero cost to Dreams up until that point.

I tried to exchange a 85 £ tempur pillow I used one night and i was told i could not. Customer service at the store were unhelpful and rude. He upsold me on the pillow and did not mention i could not return it if i did not like it. He said i could exchange the 1500 £ matress i bought so i asumed i could also try and exchange the pillow. Otherwise i would have not spent that money on a pillow that i was not sure i would like.

I tried to cancel my order less than 24 hours after ordering an in stock item to be told I wouldn’t be allowed too. Completely shocking
