I told them that Im in a hurry and they made me wait too long while I am paying and while giving the service.my helper me made me wait to serve another customer and said to me to take a look at the pillows. It is actually not a problem for me but I sensed that she favored another customer which looks a bit more likely to buy something than I am.I hate the alteration of attitudes towards face values, it is unethical and has to do with the upmost exploitation system which in fact for me reduces your company's value.the product that they sold me was in fact not for me, I am not an expert on beds that is why I am coming to the store.Well they did inform me but just told the features by heart. I told them that I like to buy a firm bed because my other bed was memory foam and I had back pain, she showed me the firm bed and said it was great. I genuienly dissatisfied with it, I like to change it.the other colleague was helping another customer and praised a bed which indeed my helper informed me that it was a cheapjack.I dont know are your company's ultimate sale motto is trying to sell something or giving a good service. If that is not so why you are seeking for a feedback.

1) Wrong colour of bed ordered by salesperson 2) Second item not delivered by dreams but by 3rd party on different date. This was not explained at time of order.

I went to the shop and was guided through the different possibilities by a very nice and competent lady. She found my perfect mattress.

It is not so much as the service of the store, but the rigidity in your process and lack of advise when buying or exchanging items. It looks like your customer service follow a very rigid process where the customer loses always. it feels as you don't care if the customer returns or not. It is a take it or leave it process/transaction.

One of the worst sales experiences I have encountered. 1. She tried to sell me insurance I didn't need, applying it to my invoice without asking. 2. She tried to pull away the terms and conditions before I'd had a chance to read them. 3. She tried to sign me up for marketing lists by SMS, email, post and phone that I didn't want or require. When caught out on this, she claimed she needed it for the delivery. 4. She didn't give me the option of free delivery, instead automatically adding paid delivery to my invoice. 5. She constantly kept trying to influence the sale of another customer by giving instructions to the colleague dealing with that customer, rather than paying attention to me and the order I wished to place. And this lady was the store manager! If that is the example she sets, I fear that all her staff are as unprofessional and dishonest as she was.

The customer service number is a ploy. No one answers it. Once money is transferred there is zero customer service. Which is a shame because the in store employees are great but are being let down by the company
