We were greeted immediately we entered the store by a friendly, professional assistant who explained the safety protocols. He then went on to let us know that we could either browse or use the sleep match machine and be shown items that matched our profile. The whole process was quick and efficient yet done in a way that made us feel safe and valued. Nesti, the colleague to looked after us, was professional yet friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't rush us or pressure us in any way. As a result we place our order then and there - we had intended on going away to think about it but he gave us so much information and time to decide we felt happy to make our decision. The sales process was great. He placed our order which will be delivered later this week and thoroughly explained how the delivery will happen and how to package up our old matrass to be taken away. All in all this was a great example of customer service and I could praise Nesti highly enough.

When I walked into the store I was met by Chris, who did the test bed, which I was surprised about. Then he kindly got me to try all the beds listed, he was patient, sanitised each bed I tried and explained any question I asked.

James, who was the customer assistant, was exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly. He made all the difference for a good experience. The computerised bed tool which recommends mattresses was also helpful and saved a lot of time.

He took the time to explain the differences between between mattresses I was looking at, which I really appreciated, and sorted out the delivery in no time.

Rajina was the model sales consultant! Provided an incredible level of knowledge about the products, and guided us through using the SleepMatch process, which was fun. She was meticulously clean and hygienic, spraying everything we used/lay on after, and provided paper sheets for us to protect the pillows from. She showed us a great range of products based on our feedback, and made sure we were aware of all the insurance and comfort guarantee policies. We went into the shop not intending to buy a mattress, but just to try some out. We left with a new mattress to be delivered the week after. Rajina wasn't at all pushy, but she made the process so easy and pleasant that we were delighted to buy a mattress that day.

Happy with everything, from the staff (by the name of James). The service everyone was giving me. When I was hydrating, and they had water for me. Giving me the exact information they can provide. Happy with my new bed, and I'm planning on getting a bed for my brother for his birthday. Hopefully, the funds will be well. Even the dispatch the guys did an fantastic service for me. Easy to communicate as my postcode will take you elsewhere, so I explained the direction they need to take, which there was no discrepancy, but I had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend dreams for mattress and bed accessories.
