I visited the store twice within a few days to purchase a new bed base. On both occasions I was assisted by a lady named Rejina. She was very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. She made me aware of the options available to me for the set up of my purchase, explaining all the processes that would follow. Everyone was very helpful. Nesti in particular. Everything was managed very well; all COVID protocols. The store itself is a little tired looking but both myself and my wife felt it was a good experience.
