I was approached immediately on entering the store and shown directly to the bed I had seen online. I was given advice then able to make the purchase directly. I was in and out in ten minutes having made my order with Bea. All the covid rules were explained and I could see the utmost care was being taken by the staff to clean the area and items. It was fab to see such care being taken. I would 100% recommend Dreams to others. The service plan I bought also sounds extremely reasonable and worth the price for the peace of mind. I loved that I could come see the bed in person once before making the purchase. Thank you very much!

Dinesh was very helpful and knowledgeable. We visited the store twice before making our decision on a mattress and he remembered us from the first visit so was able to quickly assist. We tried other mattresses but have decided the tempur pedic is superior.

The sleepmatch programme was definitely on point. I knew i needed a soft mattress and was paired to one i already wanted to try. James was a star in guiding me through the process

The store was very well staffed so I didn’t have to wait. The assistant was very knowledgable and showed me all the products I asked to see. He made sure everything was well sanitised and immediately sanitised the area after I had touched it. He suggested the mattress I purchased.

We are extremely satisfied with the service that ms Rajina provided! We used the Sleepmatch machine and with the results she helped us to find the best mattress. She brought bed cover for hygiene reasons and also a pillow to feel the comfort of the mattress. At the end we happily ended up to purchase both mattress and the pillows. Rajina also helped us with billing enquiries and was very friendly and helpful! Good job to your company to have people like her in store!

Great customer service

Rajina was very helpful and showed me options at various price points. There was no hard sell. So I think I got the mattress that was most suited to me. The first one I tried ended up being the one I liked best.
