From the moment we stepped into the store someone came up to us and was dedicated to help us find wgat we were looking for, which was a pleasant surprise. We are not used to such personal amd close service and help. We came in for just a roam and ended up finding our perfect mattress thanks to the help of the staff. Staff was friendly and so helpful, was such an enjoyable experience.

Rajina was very friendly and welcomed us as soon as we walked into the store. She showed us to the Dreams bed analysis machine, and then guided us through suitable options based on our needs. She was very informative about our options and took our feedback into account when suggesting a mattress and bed that would be most suitable for us.

The assistant Nesti was very helpful. We came to browse for a mattress and wanted to look at several shops but his joyous attitude and Knowledge of his products made us buy a mattress straight away.
