I came back Couple weeks after my first visit in order to purchase the mattresses. I came back not just bcos of the good mattresses available there. It is partly bcos of the service your colleague Nesti gave to us the first time we came. He was very enthusiastic and helpful. Knows his product knowledge Well and certainly a big asset to your company.

The staff member Bea helped us on two separate occasions. She went through the automated system to find the best mattress for us, and when we came back to purchase she helped us place the order and explained the process very well!

After viewing multiple mattresses and finding the ones I'm happy with, I found out that I forgot my wallet back at home. The colleague, Nesti, held onto my order, called me an hour later, and then assisted me to finish the transaction over the phone without having to go back to the store again.
