After viewing multiple mattresses and finding the ones I'm happy with, I found out that I forgot my wallet back at home. The colleague, Nesti, held onto my order, called me an hour later, and then assisted me to finish the transaction over the phone without having to go back to the store again.

Very helpful staff, accommodating

The team were strictly observing COVID-19 hygiene and distancing rules. Several members apologized that we had to wait to come into store as they were at capacity. They were friendly and professional. Once we were able to go into the store a sales person asked us discovery questions then suggested the sleep analyser. The next sales person was knowledgeable and informative on the products best suited to us.

Firstly the store rules on hand sanitizing, face masks and social distancing etc were very clearly explained to us before we went any further with the consultation and we very much appreciated all the attention given to this. Secondly, Adam was fantastic. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to us and found out what we actually wanted, introduced us to the products that might fit what we wanted and all without putting us under any pressure, or making us feel rushed into a decision. We bought a mattress and two pillows which we are really looking forward to receiving later this month. We would also have no hesitation in returning to make any future purchases, or in thoroughly recommending him and the experience we had at Dreams. All in all a great shopping experience - thank you Adam!
