Firstly the store rules on hand sanitizing, face masks and social distancing etc were very clearly explained to us before we went any further with the consultation and we very much appreciated all the attention given to this. Secondly, Adam was fantastic. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to us and found out what we actually wanted, introduced us to the products that might fit what we wanted and all without putting us under any pressure, or making us feel rushed into a decision. We bought a mattress and two pillows which we are really looking forward to receiving later this month. We would also have no hesitation in returning to make any future purchases, or in thoroughly recommending him and the experience we had at Dreams. All in all a great shopping experience - thank you Adam!

Shopped online, spoke to a guy over the live chat about the discount on the mattress as we needed two beds and two mattresses, he organised someone to phone us and sort over the phone, all very friendly, quick and efficient.
