Nesti was very knowledgeable in his role. Great customer service. The only reason I was dissatisfied was the 5 week wait for my new bed as I do suffer with a bad back and am sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress at the moment. This was totally out of Nesti's control though.

Staff was very welcoming on entry and Nesti who served us showed us the ropes and let us explore the shop without any unwanted interference. We were welcomed to try the beds we were interested and offered good advise on which to purchase. We actually purchased a mattress as reccomended by Nesti so most helpful. Water was provided to clench our thirst and the shop was clean and tidy. Final icing on the cake was that all the items we needed were in stock and could be delivered on our requested date. So overall a satisfying and efficient experience, I left a happy customer. Look forward to recieving the new mattress and hopefully many good nights sleep to come!
