From the moment I entered the store I was so well looked after. I didn’t feel secondary to other customers by asking if there were any single mattresses in the 60 per cent off sale. A sales staff called Dinesh (I think) was absolutely superb. He knew the products, he perfectly gauges my needs and took care of everything in a matter of minutes. At the same time, other staff were also really friendly and acknowledging and I felt so comfortable. I never thought I’d be able to afford a Tempur mattress on my budget. I was actually walking to another store and just happened to see the 60 per cent discount sign as I walked by. I honestly had such a great experience and the staff are an absolute asset to the company. I’m now so excited about the arrival of my mattress. And a big big thank you to Dinesh for looking after me, and all the staff for making me feel welcome to while simultaneously looking after their respective customers. We had a laugh in store, with other customers also. It was the perfect and most friendly sales environment.
