Bea was really knowledgeable and assisted us in selecting a mattress when we had no clue where to start. She was patient and friendly. Offering us water and giving us time to make decisions. She is an amazing colleague and not pushy at all which was a nice break after all the pushing we had received in DFS. She put the order through quickly too.

The Dreams colleague who helped us (Adam from the Tottenham Court Rd store) was excellent. He helped us through the process of working out which bed was best for us and was great at explaining the difference between different beds as we went around the store. He was super friendly and made the whole thing a great experience.
