We had a great assistant who explained all the options, gave us a mattress testing session and helped explain alternatives. The hygiene rules were explained clearly and I felt safe whilst also being able to explore options for a mattress. We also looked at sofa bed options and were able to try that out. The friendliness, knowledge and efficiency of the assistant was exemplary.
