It was a pleasant experience to buy a new bed, I was taken through the process in a friendly fashion and ended up finding something I was happy to buy. The profiling machine was fun, though the benefits seemed rather ambiguous.

First of of I want to share my appreciation with Larry, the one who helped me to find the mattress I like. He had great knowledge and he showed me a lot. I spent more money than I planned but it was because of his options he shared with me. No rush or push for any direction. A little feedback for improvement: It looks like he was in full control of complete the store. In some Moments he shared his attention so I was not the only one who was on his radar. Multi tasking is a great competence but it is important for me as a customer to feel as prio number one. Overall he was great and I think it eas the right decision to spent that money

Walked in the stor, immediately acknowledged by the staff on entering (lots of places staff keep their head down until you are right under their nose). Let me approach them while making it clear they were their to help me. I gave details as to my specific needs. andre (who assisted me) asked for clarification from his colleague. I was then taken to the beds that fit my brief. I was not pressurised to buy a more expensive one than another (I chose the more expensive anyway) Straight to a desk to take my details and book in a delivery. Andre's customer service was excellent throughout.
