Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

We were greeted by Dinesh, from the Tottenham Court Road branch, who was very welcoming and helpful in highlighting the social distancing measures in place. Before guiding us through the steps we would be taking to find the right mattresses & bed for us. We found the Sleep Match machine at the start of our visit very helpful in streamlining the process of matching the right mattress to our needs. Once we matched the correct type of mattress to our needs, Dinesh was very helpful in suggesting a range of mattresses that perfectly fit our budget and requirements. He was very patient in allowing us to try different levels of firmness, ensuring we made the correct decision. Dinesh was again helpful in guiding us around the range of frames and offered alternative suggestions that we hadn't previously considered. Throughout the process Dinesh was very measured in his approach and never rushed us or pushed us down a route that exceeded our budget. Instead he guided us to the perfect products for our main bedroom, whilst matching cost effective options for our spare room, utilising the numerous deals on offer. Overall we were extremely happy with Dinesh & our Dreams experience.

Adam the assistant was knowledgable and very patient with us. He listened to all our needs and showed us a good selection of beds without being too overwhelming. It was obviously successful as we left with a bed! The store was taking social distancing seriously and I heard them tell off a customer for veering away and not waiting his turn. In this climate it’s so important to control the virus spread and Dreams and it’s staff were certainly doing that during our visit.
