This was an encouraging start for us and we felt we were in the hands of professionals who would ensure we'd not only get the best mattress for our needs but we'd get it safely. Nesti was our sales assistant who is clearly very knowledgeable about mattresses and the industry. He was patient and friendly during the entire process and we felt like we could trust him. Even though today was our first day trying out mattresses and Dreams was the first store we went to, we walked out placing an order with Nesti for a mattress we can not wait to enjoy for many years to come.
