Dinesh listened to what we needed and showed us different options for mattress, got us to try various mattress that suited our needs. Also helped us again with various pillows which we bought.

The person who helped me, Nesti, made sure he explained all the cleanliness and safety procedures before we started and then took his time showing me the various beds and mattresses. I didn't feel rushed, there was no 'hard sell' and he did not look at all dissatisfied when I stated I would return after work to make my purchases. My previous bed had been from Dreams and I think I received the same high level of service all those years ago - it may even have been the same store.
