Mairie assisted me to buy the mattress I wanted - I wanted to buy the same one as I had previously but it was no longer available - she managed to avise me and show me an equivalent one. I was very happy with the service she gave me.

I was immediately greeted and offered assistance by Rajina. My mum was with me and she had previously met Rajina and had amazing customer service from her. Rajina asked about our needs, made us a lovely drink and then we were offered a chance to try to sleep match machine. I loved this experience. Rajina was attentive and explained everything perfectly. She had a calming and patient manner that made the whole experience very pleasant. We had been in benson in beds about 10 minutes prior and had a terrible experience so this change to your lovely store with help on hand was very nice. After my mattress ‘diagnosis’ on the machine I was taken around all the mattresses to try, along with tailor picked pillows to try too. I was ecstatic with the first mattress I tried but Rajina took me around the others to make sure and then back to the favourite one to double check and have a good roll around. The whole experience actually made me want to spend my money with such a warm and attentive company. I am usually someone who doesn’t like to ask for help and feels a burden when doing so but Ragina made my Mum and I feel so relaxed and at ease
