We easily found what we were looking for (re the bed). The assistant was highly knowledgable, efficient and came across as very genuine when we were looking into mattresses. He was a pleasure to work with and we left very satisfied and with our purchases sorted

Well, actually, it was because we went into the store not thinking to buy just yet but the service with what we were welcomed was very nice and we ended up buying a whole bed. The salesman that serviced us did not push it and he was very nice, confident and knowledgeable, all in all, a very good experience.

Rajina was very helpful and showed me lots of options.

This was my very first visit to Dreams and I was highly appreciative of the assistance I received and the overall experience.

Ragina is incredible! So helpful and kind, really listened to me and gave me the exact advice I needed. She wasn’t remotely pushy but she also managed to sell me the cover which I would never normally bother with. She was charming and efficient; I wish all salespeople were like her as it would make shopping for big purchases more pleasurable and less nerve wracking!

I had Bea serve me and she was amazing, everything from product knowledge to customer service. She is a great asset to this store and ultimately the reason why I decided to purchase today.

We were served by a lovely assistant ‘Maisie’, she was patient, polite, helpful and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. She did not rush us in making our mind up. The manager of the store on the day was also helpful.

We got direct, dedicated and professional service.

I really feel that the combination of your tech and amazing customer service people was a somewhat wonderful combination. I found Rayina one of the most helpful people I've ever had in any retail experience - helpful, knowledgeable and she seemed to really understand my needs and that I was keen to get a good mattress sorted over my lunchbreak. Honestly one of the best people I've ever met in a shop.

We had your lovely store assistant Rajina. I spoke to her on the phone earlier that day and she remembered me as soon as I walked in. She was so helpful with product knowledge and she also gave my fiancé and I space as we tried to make a decision, which we really appreciate; I (get overwhelmed if a sales person is too pushy). Thank you Rajina for making our experience so enjoyable. We are very excited to receive our new bed (and the possibility of potentially winning some money back from it haha, we get married in 4 months and every little bit helps).
