Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

The customer service was great and it didn't take long to make this purchase. There was a lot of choice but I was able to check out the various options easily due to the help I received.

I was reasonably sure what I wanted to buy I did a bit of research online on your website before going to the Tottenham Court Road. I spent time trying out the beds not just for comfort but on pricing. I chose to go with a medium mattress and purchased pillows too. I am happy with my choice it's a perfect fit for my needs.

Our sales guy was excellent. He was knowledgable and properly listened to us. Its a big purchase and not easy to make without the help of someone who really understands the art of the possible.

Great service from Ragina

When I first visited on Saturday; The first colleague acknowledged to me when I was waiting whilst he was serving someone else and try to look after both myself and another client, he then passed me on to his colleague who came available to look after me. I liked the fact that someone acknowledged my presence despite they were busy. Ragina then offered to my to try all the beds, told me about the offer and the deal I’m getting from the offer. She gave me the options for all bed frames I was looking for and gave me all available options even if I were to buy the frame elsewhere. I came back on Tuesday she recognised me straightaway, I was given a drink , offered to try all mattress again to finalise my decision, offered to try the sleepmatch and I was given all things I needed to complete my purchase I.e. value for adding protection plan, discount I get for mattress protector. I like the fact that I was treated a friend rather than a day in day out customer. So thank you to Regina for making me feel valued for my purchase.

I went in to the Tottenham Court Road store looking for a bed and mattress. I was aware, having done research previous to my visit, of what products were available. Nesti, the member of staff that served me was very helpful and understanding of my needs on a bed and recommended a very superior product. Upon his advice and knowledge of the products I decided to purchase the product he recommended. He was also extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to mattresses. I currently have a single mattress and was looking for an upgrade, he pointed me towards the firmer mattresses and was able to make comparisons to the mattress that I currently own which was bought from Dreams too. This was really helpful and added to the overall an excellent experience I had at Dreams!

I was helped by Rajina, one of the Dreams staff who was excellent. She welcomed us and was very friendly and courteous. We were both offered a hot drink and made to feel very comfortable Rajina showed us a selection of beds that fitted our needs and left us plenty of time to try them out. We did not feel at all rushed or pressurised. Her male colleague was also available to answer any of our queries. I think that Rajina's warm reception and her knowledge of the mattresses and bedsteads was impressive. My husband and i both felt confident that we had made an excellent choice of mattress and bedstead, at a great price. We can't wait for our bed to arrive. Thank you

Super friendly and helpfull staff. Good products. The time we spent on the shop was really enjoyable! We even had fun!
