We were looking to replace our mattress but we did not know how to choose a new one. Maisie, the member of staff at the store, made sure that we understood all our options. This included giving us a consultation with your diagnostics machine, and then carefully going through each potential matching mattress. Maisie was very professional and knowledgable throughout the whole process. She also made sure that we felt comfortable, including offering us a drink.

Our Customer Service helper was so helpful. Gave us so many options and the best options to save money on our entire order. Explained all the mattress types and it was just so helpful in the end. We did the sleep test and she took us to every bed on the test to ensure we knew what we liked before we bought it. Great experience.

We went to the Tottenham Court Road store on the afternoon of 25th January 2020. We were first helped by Chris, the store manager, who was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable, and patient as we took our time. We later were taken care of by the assistant manager, a lady whose name escapes me, apologies, but she was just as equally kind and generous and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a decent mattress that no doubt will be a good investment. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff we met on this day, so thank you. Very nice people, first and foremost.

We came to our appointment with our one and a half year old, and Chris was excellent with him and entertained him with a balloon while we had our sleep analysis! After that he showed us our options, his manner and knowledge were excellent. Bea then Took our order smoothly and promptly while explaining the benefits of some insurance which was much appreciated. What a pleasure and a great team!

The sales person Rajina was very thorough and patient in explaining and showing the items. All the staff members were friendly. I was given a hot drink.

Rajina was so helpful. She welcomed us into the store, asked what our requirements were and set us up on the digital bed to find out our mattress match. She offered us a drink and then she took us around the store to show us our options within our budget. She was very knowledgable and gave lots of examples and information. She wasn’t pushy and made the whole shopping experience a great one.

Visited the store in Warren Street and was dealt with by a very knowledgable lady Rajinen who listened to our budget and found the best solution to it rather than trying to get me to overspend. The delivery was quick, on time and the delivery team were as friendly as the store staff. Would definitely use Dreams again.

Excellent customer service from the sales lady. Very helpful and good advice. As well as the welcome coffee.
