I hadnt planned on buying a bed yesterday but Regina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable so I decided to go ahead as there was a deal on that day also

All the staff were extremely friendly and Maisie, who helped, was very knowledgable and able to show me different options. She also remembered me by name when I came back the next day to place my order.

It was all in all a great shopping experience. I received a very warm and friendly welcome upon arrival and great care was given to the parameters of my search. I was offered to use the Sleepmatch assessment (which is a great piece of technology) and I received really good assistance to find a bed that was matching my requirements.

Nesti, who was our in-store customer service expert at your Tottenham Court Road store, was extremely helpful and made our decision quite easy. Great experience overall, and will come back to the store in future as well.

We were directed to the sleep survey option which helped analyse the best mattress for our needs and the member of staff was clear and efficient whilst she presented the various options to us. Our advisor was friendly and knowledgeable and very efficient. Gave us the time we needed to make a decision

The reason i satisfy is due to the length salesman spend to make sure i am getting the right product according to my requirement and to support that he tested my posture on your machine to established the right products,and that's the same reason i end up buying whole package.More over i like the honesty of the sales man to pass it on to me any discount or concession your company allowed to offer to the customer.Quality of product is still remain to be tested when i start using them and hope you will not fail me on that either.

The store was very quiet when we entered and were immediately greeted by friendly member of staff who listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something more expensive that what we wanted to spend. The order process was also very quick and simple. Very happy with the experience and the price we paid.
