The Gentleman who helped me look for the TV bed I was interested in, provided me with all the details of the top of his mind which is quite impressive and helped me make my choice. The variety of mattresses and pillows available is unmatched by other retailers. Great Custom Service and countless Choices!

The staff we encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. We were attended to as soon as we entered the store and were given time to look around ourselves first before then speaking in depth with a member of staff about our requirements. The staff member listened to what we wanted and our purchase was concluded in a timely manner. We felt confident that our purchase is the right one as staff were knowledgeable and the initial technical assessment helped us eliminate products that wouldn't have suited us.
