I was greeted at the door and offered a drink! Rajina listened to my wants and needs and was professional knowing her stuff She reviewed the information and I was offered the sleep match service

I found the Sleepmatch machine very useful as a starting point for mattresses that might suit my sleep style, which was followed up by help from Dinesh in showing me options and helping me choose the best mattress for me. Dinesh was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

The service was good and the product knowledge was excellent and the ease of placing the order was also good

Dinesh was very helpful, we were looking for a sofabed and he knew exactly which one he would recommend and the measurements. We double checked on the computer but they were exactly as he estimated. He helped us with the delivery time and gave us all the information we needed so that we could go away and think about it and measure the space. On coming back a few days later, he recognised us and was very quickly able to pull up all the details on the bed and have the order ready to go, so that we were in and out of the store in just a few minutes. Great prep work and even better follow up!

The saleswoman was friendly, remembered us from the previous visit and was very helpful. The overall order prices was straightforward.

Came in having seen some of the mattresses in offer online. Nesti was really helpful showing me the ones that I was looking for and giving me advise on what the different mattresses offered. Nesti’s balance of being approachable/available, but giving me the space to try the different products was spot on. It was his service that made me decide today rather than later online. The shop has quite a lot of options for all kinds of person. The assistance was quite nice too.

The customer service assistant who’s name was Dinesh greeted me upon entering the store. He pointed me in the right direction of the item I was looking for, he checked on us to see how we were getting on. He explained how the sofa worked and what the insurance covered. He offered us drinks, he was patient and not pushy at all. He didn’t make me feel suffocated with assistant. The store was clean, there was enough staff available and they all greeted us. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and I would recommend and return this company.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, offered me coffee or tea and were very helpful (Dinesh took the final order but at least three members of staff were on hand at various points during my visit).
