Chris and Dinesh were fantastic... When I got to the store both staff were with customers at the desk but Chris still acknowledged that I had just walked in. I was then offered tea/coffee. I was told about sleep match, which I used and bought a mattress that was recommended by sleepmatch. I tried different pillows with the mattresses but did not buy any as I already have a Tempur pillow. all in all a fantastic experience. I would recommend Dreams Tottenham Court Road to all my friends & family

I am a Humanitarian war zone Dr with several injuries-as a sports person family also has special requirements which were listened to, verified and understood. THe whole experience was professional, pleasant and will be part of the pleasure of enjoying the Dreams product.

Dinesh was really helpful! He knew where the bed that I'd come in to look for was and showed me there, and then was very efficient at helping organise delivery and explaining the different delivery options, as well as the insurance.
