Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

Rajina and Dinesh were amazing! they really helped us decide which mattress and pillows would be great. Told us about the bed frame that was on clearance which was amazing! i really enjoyed my experience. they were patient and answered all my questions. They did the sleep match for us which helped us to make an informed decision. Im also pregnant and they were very kind and understanding.

We were shown various beds and allowed to use the mattress matching machine which helped pick the perfect mattress. Also offered complimentary drinks.

One Sunday evening we walked past a Dreams store (Tottenham Court Road, London) and on a whim decided to take a look. We were not necessarily in the market for a new bed, but we knew we needed to upgrade our mattress at some point over the next year or so. We were greeted upon arrival by Yas. From the get go, Yas was brilliant. We must have been the most difficult customers, we must have asked at least 75 questions! Yas never put any pressure on us to purchase which is very important to us. I don't like pushy salesmen and in fact this turns me off purchasing in most cases. We spent at least an hour in the store, and decided to head back again on Monday night. Luckily for us Yas was working that evening, and assisted us again. Yas knew when to respect our space when we needed to speak to each other, but he was always close by as we constantly had questions for him! We eventually purchased a bed and have zero regrets. We were surprised to hear Yas was still on his probationary period, as with his knowledge we thought he had been working at Dreams for years. Overall really happy with our purchase.

Since the minute we entered the store we were acknowledged immediately by Nesti. He attended to our request and needs and had full product knowledge of the mattresses. After he showed us the different options he left us alone to make up our minds and did not hassle us as many sales assistants do. When we were ready he was attentive, offered us water and was very efficient in dealing with placing the order and even offered the guarantee which we gladly accepted. In one word Amazing !!

This was ouir second visit to the teottenham court road store and we were seen to by the same friendlty sales associate who had remembered us (Nesti) He was happy to accomidate our needs and facillitate our purchase of our first bed and mattress for our new home.

The person that assisted us was extremely helpful and friendly. We found exactly what we were looking for. Time of delivery was the best of all the stores around.
