All the staffs were friendly although the store was busy with many customers. I had a good service overall and the quality of the mattress is just amazing. General price seems a bit high compare to other brands but you won't regret about your choice with Dreams. Delivery came exact on time as it scheduled, I just wished I could have received my mattress earlier than a week. Highly recommend for your next mattress or bed!

Rajina was extremely friendly, professional, highly skilled in customer service and had immense product knowledge. I was offered tea/coffee upon arrival, directed towards the sleepmatch machine, which was very effective. All around great!

I have been wanting to buy a single bed for my holiday home for some time now. I found myself in Tottenham Court Road and it was raining hard so I popped into your store and was greeted by your nice salesman Nesti. He was friendly and welcoming and seemed to know just what I was looking for. The purchase was quite straight forward and easy. Nesti was not at all pushy and I felt confident that I was going to be satisfied with our transaction. The delivery date of my bed was set and I left the store a happy and satisfied customer. I really dislike buying anything online, especially beds and shoes!
