Very helpful staff, helped with what mattress would be suitable, not pushy, let us wander around the shop and was there when we needed to ask questions on the product we were interested in

Amanda grated us really friendly but without being pushy, she explained about the sleep match and recommended doing this to ensure we selected the correct mattress. After the sleep match test she explained which mattresses would best suit us. We explained that with our last experience in another store not dream's was not a good experience and the mattress chose was not good, she then advised which beds would be best to avoid. She explained about the mattress very well and had good knowledge of the mattress. She left us to wander around and even offered us a cup of tea. Purchasing was very quick and all extras were explained well and advise given with regards to mattress protection. Very happy.

The staff was very helpful in the colchester branch. I wont think twice about referring friends or family. The shop was clean and tidy, happy customer.
