It been a Long time since we have bought a mattress, so we walked in knowing what we thin we was after but didn’t really no where to begin, so we started with the sleep machine to see what sort of mattress would be ideal for us and went from there, it made the search a lot easier. We had Katie who helped us out in store and was also great with us having to nip off whilst dealing with us, to grab the kids from running off. She wasn’t a pushy salesperson which is always nice, juts told us what we needed to know and left us to it 👍🏻

The sales assistant Amanda is extremely knowledgeable. Amanda was very understanding & patient with my needs. The Dreams Colchester store has a wide range of suitable products for me. The price was very reasonable
