Dreams - Colchester

This is because, compared to visiting other stores, Dreams had staff that were able to provide the much needed knowledge about the mattresses that we were enquiring, and even advised us how to test out the mattresses in the most effective way- so that we would know if they were right for my posture and needs etc.

No problems at all, staff very helpfull and friendly.

The lady who approached us when we arrived was amazing!! Amanda offered us a hot drink whilst we browsed and brought them straight away. She happily left us too browse without disturbing us, but was there immediately if we had any questions. I cannot fault the store at all. Brilliant staff. Brilliant service.

Katie (the colleague that served me) was friendly and helpful without being overbearing and pushy.

Everything was conducted smoothly and efficiently we were helped from start to finish by the member of staff

We were offered the mattress finder experience and Alex done a great job explaining how it worked, and gave us pillows to match our sleeping styles; took us round the mattresses that were best suited - was a really nice friendly chap. We also dealt with Tony when we ordered it, friendly, and dealt with our order quickly!

Given help by LIAM , who listened to our requirements and our previous problem with purchasing a mattress from another company which we were unhappy with. We had the sleepmatch analysis and had the system explained to us . LIAM then showed us a range of suitable mattresses and after some consideration chose the Whitfield SK mattress. LIAM spent a lot of time with us and was very courteous and informative . He then explained the delivery procedure and bed cover and all the T&C’s . We also bought a pillow . We were very satisfied with the purchasing process from start to finish .

The assistant didn’t crowd us and left us to make decisions but he was really informative

Tony V was great, he didnt hover and let us come to him when we needed to and checked we were ok without being overbearing.
