The assistants make was Amanda she was brilliant at helping us we spent a lot of time on the diagnostic bed to make sure we got the right mattress a good experience all round. We even had a cup of coffee which just made us feel customers are still important.

From the time we walked into the store to the time we left it was approximately 15 minutes this included being shown all the mattresses we were looking for and ordering and paying for the mattress, which was excellent and the young lady who served us was very knowledgable and, friendly and helpful, excellent will definitely go back.

Lauren was extremely knowledgeable about your products and did sleep match for both myself and my son. That was a great help took time to show us all relevant products for recommendations and budget and my mobility problems. Greeted us when we came back to store a little later and told us she wouldn't be long very happy with service and products.

kATIE WAS ATTENTIVE TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS, VERY KNOWLEGEABLE OF THE PRODUCT. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN DEALING WITH US BUT AT THE SAME TIME VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

Going shopping for anything these days is a mission! So many stores and products to choose from..dreams was our first port of call before deciding in buying we had a look round at 3 other stores all good similar price and service but we decided to return to dreams (same day) as we liked the bed we bought very much we havnt had a new mattress for 16 years so comfort and support was the top of our list. The staff were extremely nice helpful informative on products and wouldnt hesitate in recommending to others

Highly satisfied as it was the first store we went to for a new bed etc./ no need for others !/ Sales lady "Amanda" was professional without being pushy. Offered a coffee & water to my hubby who is disabled & told him to sit down & wait, no rush ! Also we tried the machine that tells you what sort of bed would suit us , not seen one of these before ! About 5 weeks for delivery but hopefully it will be worth the wait !!
