Ross was very attentive, felt valued and listened to.

Yvonne greeted us with a friendly smile, very welcoming. She hadn’t been working with the company for very long but was very efficient and her colleagues were only too happy to assist her when she asked her help.

A lady called Amanda helped me, she was very friendly and put me at ease as I really needed help in choosing the mattress I needed. She guided me through the visit to your shop and printed out the details for me so that I could have a couple of days to consider that I was completely happy with my purchase, I then went back and purchased the mattress. Thank you.

On visiting the store, we had started looking at mattresses and were asked whether to use the bed machine to get a mattress match. We did this and were impressed when laying on the first mattress that it was such a great match. As the purchase we made was only a temporary mattress, budget was key. Tried the others in the list and settled on one very quickly.
