Katy was very helpful and patient but not pushy at all and when beds were not available helped to find other options best sales assistant I have dealt with for a long time usually some attitude is evident at some point but not this time and we did test her patience

The store assistance, Katie at the Colchester store was very helpful. Not rushed to buy, she was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions with ease.

We went into the Colchester store late in the day about 6.30/7pm and we were greeted by Liam he was very friendly and helpful which was perfect as we had our two little children with us and we were looking for a mattress for my 3year old sons bed. He was very knowledgeable and guided us around the choices available to us which was brilliant especially after visiting a few other stores which were not so helpful. So thanks to Liam we found out the information we needed to know about kids mattress and placed our order with Dreams, all round very happy new customer. Thank you.

Every thing was just perfect

Amanda was extremely helpful & listened to what we wanted. She also was able to find an alternative to bring the price down a little for us, which was fantastic. Want to thank her for all her help.

We were assisted by Liam, who was exceptionally nice and patient. He offered drinks, listened to our needs, and matched us with a great bed frame, mattress, and related products (pillows etc.). We then had an issue with the delivery date and he helped us as much as he could, including calling us after we left with updates and informing the staff so when we came back the next day we didn't have to start over.
