Great care in helping me choose a mattress. Loved the machine that looked at which one to choose and how the assistant helped meet my budget.

Katie, who dealt with out order was very good. She gave us a little time to browse before she approached us, which I liked as many other stores are in your face as you walk through the door. Katie gave us a lot of time and we did not feel like she was only doing it as her job. She was keen for us to find the right mattress for us. We told her our budget and what we were looking for, Katie did not try and pressure us into getting something more expensive, instead, she cane round the store with us a good three times as I kept changing my mind. She was very patient and friendly. she even made us a coffee for when we were putting out order in.

Liam was very helpful, talking us through the whole prchase, we didnt feel pressured at anytime and was told instantly approx delivery time etc.
