Liam was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble

Walked in of the street looked around. Greeted by young lady named Katie who was pleasant, polite and prepared to spend time understanding what we required. Placed my wife and I on bed test to ascertain what type of mattress would suit us both. She then showed us various beds and mattresses and allowed us time to decide. We then bought a super king sleigh bed and two single mattresses and a pillow for my wife. Asked for an orthopaedic pillow but not available. Nice lady, excellent service

We had ample time to walk around the store and have a look before Liam approached asking if we wanted some help. After a brief discussion, he suggested we try your new technology which would help select the right mattress. We then tried pretty much all of the range before settling on 2 that we liked. After a few back and forths, we made our choice and also ordered a divan base to complete the bed. Liam had excellent knowledge, very friendly and was at no point pushy for us to make a decision or hurry up. Given it was late in the day and there was only 1 staff member, he gave us full attention and it was down to his skills that we left buying something. In the world of Simba's, Emma and Eve mattress companies, without staff like Liam then it'd be easier not to visit stores. Anyone at HQ for Dreams needs to give him huge praise and he's restored my faith that visiting stores is a huge benefit to buying online when staff are so helpful, friendly and fun to deal with.

The chap had previously spent a bit of time with my wife and I but this time I was in and out within 15 minutes and spent over £1000. Quick and effective service. More than I can say for other retail outlets, we walked out of 2 after 20 minutes waiting to be looked after. Good work Dreams. Thank you. Looking forward to getting our new mattress 💤

Excellent service and the main reason for us to purchase the bed. We could have gone somewhere else but we were very happy with everything in the shop. The new Dream bed machine was excellent - very professional way to help us find the right mattress!

Since we arrived we were greeted with a smile and not suffocated by the staff, we had our space and a chance to look around. Amanda came to offer her help in a friendly manner and introduced us to the sleeper test which we loved and found extremely useful, it opened our eyes to what we actually needed so it helped us focus in what we wanted. She explained the store layout and where to find everything. We decided on the bed and mattress and after a quick coffee everything was done before we knew it. She listened and gave us the options we wanted on the dates we wanted, explained everything clearly and how to contact them if we need help, highlighted important information and we left with a smile and exactly what we were looking for. We definitely recommended it to our friends and some already went there and made a purchase two days after. Highly recommended!

Very patient and knowledgeable staff. We ended up buying the mattress at Bensons but the frame from yourselves. This didn’t bother the staff at all, we just preferred the mattress in Bensons but your frame was the best for us, by far.
