Friendly staff, left on our own to make decisions and not felt pushed or harassed into anything Nice and easy and quick to order and The sales rep was very helpful.

We were welcomed into the store immediately, given an explanation of how to find what we were looking for, offered tea or coffee and then were able to go and try out the beds/mattresses at our leisure. All the team members were equally friendly and helpful.

Your sales person Katie, validation code 019,was very helpful and helped us enormously. Made our shopping experience a pleasant one.

We were met by Amanda who took us to the bed machine which works out your comfort needs. She the showed us several examples of mattress and we ordered one. Amanda was very knowledgable, cheerful confident and warmly. We were both offered a coffee whilst sorting out the paperwork and payment. Amanda is a credit to your team.Well done.

Staff very helpful

The lady who approached us was Amanda, she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and was able to ascertain our needs very quickly without being pushy. She allowed us time to process the information alone and subsequent questions were answered without hesitation. We were offered a hot beverage, which was a lovely touch. The store had a welcoming feel and was well set out. Tony processed our order and he was again polite, friendly and knowledgeable, giving full credit to Amanda for the sale. We will be back and we will be recommending this specific store.

Friendly staff who were very knowledgeable and not pushy. Left to browse and upon serving us offered us a welcome coffee. Clean and well presented store. Will definitely return and recommend.

Bought 2 beds , one for my son and one for me the assistant was called Emma she was a manager from Cambridge but was at the Colchester “tollgate “ store for the day, Emma was the best she helped us choose a bed each, such a lovely girl, polite and helpful she made us two cups of tea, can’t praise her enough,
