The member of staff, Katie, was very knowledgeable and had a lovely manner. She understood when we needed time to discuss with each other and was not a pushy salesperson. Her ability to understand our needs was obvious and we felt very comfortable with her.

I was assisted by Liam at the colchester store ,who was very helpful and personable and happy to chat and help.

They took time to explain process of your wonderful machine. Took me through all the mattress options suggested by the machine and then dealt with the order speedily. Staff were happy to help and cheerful.

I was extremely impressed with the attention and detailed knowledge of Tony V at your store at the Tollgate Colchester. He was not overbearing and he answered all the questions I put to him. Having retired from Soft furnishings and bed sales myself some 10 years ago I was pleased with his manner and helpfulness. Thank you and the staff for making my visit pleasurable.

We went in late after work, a gentleman helped us and showed us the machine which gives you a mattress report. Within an hour he had found the perfect mattress for us within the price range we had given him and we were paid with delivery booked 3 days later. Extremely pleased with the service.

From the moment we walked in the door we wasn't rushed. We were approached in a friendly manner and was able to utilise the sleep assist device in order to correctly choose the right bed for us. Although there were quite a few people in the shop when we arrived the general feeling was relaxed and unrushed. I don't respond well to pushy sales staff so it was pleasant to have helpful and knowledgeable staff around. Every area was clearly marked, there was nothing unsightly on the shop floor which was spotlessly clean.

The assistant was very helpful and invited my mother to try out the sleep match system , this was of great help as mum was looking for a new mattress.of which we then purchased from Tony at the colchester branch at tolgate retail park
