Lauren was very helpful from beginning to end. She helped me with the sleep match, finding suitable mattresses that would best support me. She told me about each mattress,was very patient and processed the order quickly as well.

We received a friendly welcome by Katie when we arrived and she spent time showing us the products that matched what we were looking for. She was clearly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand our needs i.e budgets, comfort level etc. At no time did we feel pressurised into making a purchase and she was honest when I asked about how the prices match to other companies on the retail park. Katie checked and double checked that we were happy with everything before finalising our order and assured us that we could contact the store at any point should we need further assistance or have any other questions. Brilliant customer service!
