Dreams - Colchester

Firstly the staff at Colchester Stanway store got the customer pitch just right, not too pushy but just professional and approachable when my daughter and I needed their expertise help - on the given advise was very happy and pleasantly surprised that the mattress was in your sale which at present helped my purse and have been happy the tell friends our good great deal that was had - reputation goes along way.

I was offered the bed test and an Advisor went round and showed me suitable matteresses

We went too the store to look at some options for a new mattress. The store was warm and inviting, very clean and tidy, and well lit. It was good to see that Dreams offers an extra bit of customer service by providing refreshments to their actually and potential customers - well done for that too! We wanted to try out the "Sleepmatch" service which Dreams offers. Both members of staff who attended to us were really friendly, helpful and professional in how they told about "Sleepmatch" and what it would do. We were then shown the results and from that were guided to various options eg quality, type, soft, medium, firm etc. The gentleman who dealt with our questions was particularly helpful, and so we found the mattress we felt would be right for us. And so we bought it! The whole process form initial enquiry to actual purchase was completed very efficiently.

Katie our assistant in store was brilliant. We went in twice whilst we thought about our intended purchase over lunch. She was very patient friendly and knowledgeable. Price over what we intended but sleep match was helpful.

The service provided by the sales assistance from start to finish was first class, very informative and not pushy. A real pleasure to deal with.
