Dreams - Colchester

I visited the store to look for a new double mattress to replace my very heavy nine yr old mattress. I was met quietly and nicely with a smile by Lauren who asked what I was looking for. Having explained, she then accompanied me to the first selections and stayed with me as I made my comments about needing a less heavy mattress than my current one. She had quite a lot of knowledge about the various options and manufacturers. I asked if she would then get paper and pen to log my preferences which she did. I was also asked if I would like a drink whilst I viewed products. A nice mug of coffee and a table were brought to me and the whole experience became very enjoyable. It ended with me purchasing one of my two preferred mattresses. At the desk, paperwork was nicely explained and there were no hold ups at all. Lauren did really well, really well and all the staff in the Stanway branch are friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought there before and so returned for this purchase.

Tony V made the experience for us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable to talk to. He was available for any help we needed but was not pushy and let us have some time to ourselves so we were not pressured, he came straight back over whenever we needed him.
