the shop assistant was extremity helpful and understanding of my needs

When we walked into Dreams we were ready to be greeted with possibly a salesperson using the 'hard sell tactic' how wrong we were. Tony V the store manager was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and not pushy at all. We had a budget which we did end up going over but if I am honest if we hadn't of received the customer service which we did we probably would of dug our heels in to that budget. Just hoping the delivery of the mattress goes as well as the sales of the mattress a lot less stressful than what we thought it might be. Tony V is an absolute credit to your company and I will recommend him to friends and family in the future...…………. I have already recommended him to a friend!

They were friendly, available to serve, items were easily found with quality. I was assisted with my item to the main entry door while waiting for a taxi. I was given a very friendly farewell that could remain in my memory for long compared to my visit to other shops.

The store staff were very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Amanda was lovely, she helped us make decisions, was patient and very friendly.

Bed looks great, friendly staff, great for the price . Tony V was very helpful to find the right mattress to suit me.

I was served straight away and placing the order took lees than 15 mins

We were particularly impressed by Katie the salesperson, she was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout our visit. Having visited two other competitors shops It was easy for us to make our purchase at Dreams and this was due to both the product and the salesperson .

Very happy with everything on this survey we didn’t have to wait for any information when we asked & also was not pestered when we was just looking when we first got into the shop, which is a big plus for us.
