Katy wasn’t pushy...very helpful and I prefer shopping when not under pressure to buy.

I liked that we could see the inside of each mattress and how they are made and the different material options were explained to us. we also did the sleep match which was interesting to see the different options to us.

Fantastic customer service from Amanda. She greeted us with a lovely warm smile and ask if she could help. We were directed to the Dreams assessment bed, where our sleep was assessed to find the right style of mattress. Amanda chatted through the results and we were shown various mattresses within the suggested range. What I really liked was the fact that she asked about our sleep style, along with showing us a mid-priced option first. We then were taken to various mattresses to test these out, eventually settling on the one we purchased. There was no rush or pressure from Amanda, and she was so helpful throughout. She was also happy to spent lots of time letting us check and re-check we had made the right decision, even changing pillows to create a true comfort experience.

Assistant in the store who's name was Katie was very friendly and knowledgeable,as were all the staff in the store. She made my wife and myself very comfortable with whole process of choosing and placing our order.

Katie, the customer assistant was very professional and courteous, but also had a good sense of humour which added to the experience.

If I could have given a score higher then highly satisfied I would have. The two ladies I spoke with on the day where amazing. They went above and beyond to help me out. I was being really fussy and they were really patient with me.

Competent, friendly service even the choice of a tea or coffee offered. Use of the facilities (toilets) also offered.
